Cert III and IV in Retail or Community Pharmacy: Online or face-to-face - Developed specifically for independent pharmacies and Pharmacy Choice^®, offer your staff a nationally recognised accreditation while boosting their knowledge, skill and confidence to drive sales. Get the most out of the face-to-face training with qualified trainers. Also available online from 2012 through North Coast TAFE.

Mystery Shopping - Get an outside perspective on where your store could make some positive changes. Anonymous shoppers evaluate your staff's customer service levels, product knowledge, merchandising and sales skills, and constructive feedback is reported so that high performing employees can be recognised, adjustments can be made to in-store activities and staff training can be organised where required.

Group Workshops - 36 different training sessions are available through our external training partners covering the key areas of Customer Service, Retail/Selling Skills, Business and Staff Management. Train your staff to increase customer satisfaction and build their confidence too.

RRP™ and Retail Maths - The Retail Ready Program™ (2 days), the program's most popular training offer, is specifically structured to support the 5 steps of Pharmacy Choice^®. Find out what it is that makes a good store, and what can be done to be a great retailer. Retail Maths (1 day) is a new training session for staff that have participated in the two-day RRP™.

Online Training - Supplementing the existing face-to-face training, the Pharmacy Choice^® member website has some additional options for up-skilling your staff. Our online Supplier Training Modules will help your staff brush up on product knowledge with information direct from suppliers. You can even earn some CPD points.
